Super Simple Instapaper Likes listed on your website with Simplepie

While looking for a way to show my Instapaper “Likes” on my personal site, I discovered that Instapaper offers an RSS feed for each of your folders. You can find the link in the footer of the site when you’re logged in.

Thanks to the the wonderful Simplepie RSS library for PHP, 30 minutes later I had a caching import of these items for my site. This way Sir Arment’s servers don’t get slammed, my site loads quickly, and I get to show off what I’m reading without importing my Twitter feed to my site (so 2010).
