Proposition 8 should not become law →
I’ve long been a fan of Dan’s writing. This is a great overview of the problems with Prop 8 being applied due to it revising rather than amending the California Constitution. The California Attorney General just briefed the California Supreme Court on (presumably, IANAL) similar grounds why Prop 8 should be voiced.
